This building was design by Antoine Predock to function as the main sales center for the 565 acre Luxe Lakes Eco-City development in Chengdu, China. It incorporates separate areas for neighborhoods sales of high and low density sales, leasing, VIP sections, multiple dining and a lounge locations, and yacht sales (as the development is envisioned as a series of islands). After sales are complete it will become a cultural exhibition hub for the development.
After so successfully producing 3 other projects for this developer, we were asked to take this project over from the original design firm to complete the interior design, including all furnishings and artwork. We traveled through China selecting products and materials that could be sourced locally.
