This tenant build-out was a prototype for its new system of aesthetics and display furnishings. We coordinated with the client, the local BID, the MTA, and the building owner to design an appropriate exterior envelope and signage. After completion, we worked with the contractor and owner to evaluate and make changes to the original prototype finish selections. This is one of their most profitable locations.
