This project was for the exterior restoration of a townhouse in a Landmarked district. The parlor and basement brownstone had deteriorated so much that it required replacement. The upper floor’s brick was cleaned, painted, repaired, regrouted, and sealed. The forecourt was paved with fieldstone pavers, and the railings, stone, entry doors, hardware, mouldings, and building number were all replaced with near facsimiles of the originals.
