Lincoln-Dunne

Accord, New York

This renovation and restoration of a late-1700s Dutch stone house in the Hudson Valley enabled the owners to list their house on the National Historic Register. We removed all previous modernizations, increased the height of the basement, and reorganized the plan. All doors, hardware, and lighting were replaced with appropriate period pieces by local craftsmen. A new opening in the stone wall, fitted with a dutch door, was added in the new kitchen.
